Representative Randy Terrill, the Oklahoma GOP legislator who introduced the state's tough new immigration law, is planning further legislation. One measure
would add a forfeiture provision to the state harboring law that would allow Oklahoma officials to seize the assets of companies prosecuted under the law. ICE has seized millions in assets in federal harboring cases.
