ICE PROBE OF CHIPOTLE EXPANDS
Reuters is
reporting that two dozen restaurants in Los Angeles, Atlanta and elsewhere were visited by ICE agents. That is an expansion from the investigation of restaurants in Minnesota and Virginia. To date, about 500 workers have been fired as a result of the investigations.

WENDY'S RESTAURANTS IN MAINE SETTLE DISCRIMINATION CASE
Restwend, the company that owns Wendy's restaurant franchises in Maine, has
settled an IRCA discrimination claim based on allegations that the company refused to hire people it believed to be non-US citizens. The company will pay $14,500 in back pay to a worker and another $3200 in civil penalties.
